We are registered with Register of Joint stock companies and firms, the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The Authorized Share Capital of the Company is BDT 20,00,000 (twenty lac) divided into 20,000 (Twenty thousand) Ordinary Shares of BDT 100.00 (One Hundred) each with power to increase or reduce the capital. The Company is a Private Limited Company within the meaning of section 2(1) under clause (Q) of the companies Act,1994. The following are the shares taken by each subscriber of the directors:
Training
Super Inspection Survey Limited employees are very talented, skillful, energetic, committed and trustworthy. SISL believes great success comes through group work. So every department and every member of SISL works as a team. Over 35 professional employees are working in SISL. Every new member takes 1 month of theoretical training & 3 months of practical training on survey and valuation. After four months, he or she will become a team member. Every member of the Survey & Valuation team is continuously taking briefings and guidelines twice a month.
